 No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. Peptides are sensitive, temperature-dependent materials that cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility. This policy ensures product integrity, safety, and quality for all customers.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • replacement shipment, or

  • store credit, at our discretion

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

However, if your package is:

  • Lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist you in filing a claim with United States Postal Service and help facilitate a resolution.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout, including incorrect product selection or shipping address.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
